Customer procedure for making an insurance claim
Dear customer, as part of our online services, we would like to inform you about the procedure to follow as a result of an arisen insurance claim.
- In the first instance, always declare it by telephone to the Contact Centre – just call 0850 111 117 (from the SR), 02/58 276 666 (from abroad).

- We will carry out an inspection of your damaged vehicle at our workplace located the nearest to the place of the occurrence of the insurance claim
- You can also contact us at our workplace, where we will provide you with further information.
- You can find the form for making an insurance claim on this website
- In your claim, state the number of the insurance contract, if applicable the identification number of the person who concluded the insurance and the vehicle registration number for vehicle claims.
- Describe in brief the damage arisen and its extent. Also state your telephone contact number or e-mail.
We also recommend:
- In the event that you suspect a crime, declare this fact immediately to the police PZ SR and await their arrival to remove the consequences.
- Wait until the inspection by a technician from Generali Slovensko to remove the consequences or remove the damage item. If, for serious hygienic or safety reasons, it is necessary to begin these interventions, gather documentary evidence on the origin and extent of the damage, for example photographs and the participation of witnesses.
- Make sure that the extent and consequences of the insurance claim do not increase.
