Two first places for Česká poisťovňa in Zlatá minca 2007

The continuing growth in quality of Česká poisťovňa – Slovensko’s products has been confirmed in the third annual product competition “Zlatá minca“. More products were rewarded than in previous years, including Dynamik and Slniečko life insurance which won the most prestigious first prize in the most popular categories: Capital and Children’s life insurance.

In the category of personal property insurance, all insurance products offered at present by Česká poisťovňa found themselves among the top ten best products. The My House Contents insurance held the best 3rd place with a significant advance on similar products.

Česká poisťovňa was the only company to nominate two products in the All Risks Motor Insurance category, and both achieved excellent results. Autosekáč reached 3rd place and Autožolík was in 5th place.

The Automatik compulsory third party motor insurance finished in fourth place among all nominated compulsory third party motor insurance products.

A new product, Dynamik Plus, was in 5th place overall with a long head start on other investment life insurance products which had been introduced before.

A surprise and a bit of extra colour was added to this year’s Zlatá minca 2007 competition by the 8th place for Dog Insurance, which Česká poisťovňa launched on the market in June this year. Since we were the only ones to offer insurance for pets, Dog Insurance was also classified as house contents insurance.

Sixty-one economic journalists, representatives of brokers, universities, research companies, professional bodies, editors of national and regional media voted in the Zlatá minca competition. The criterion for voting was many years of experience with products in the given field.

Second place for Česká poisťovňa – Slovensko in the SIBAF Award 2007 Insurance Company of the Year Survey in the category “Vehicle Insurance”

Česká poisťovňa – Slovensko once more won second place in the SIBAF Award 2007 best insurance company of the year survey in the category “Vehicle Insurance”, organised by the Slovak Association of Insurance Brokers (SASP). ČPS also held a good fifth place in the category Insurance Company for Industry and Businessmen, whereas among the universal insurance companies, it comes second in this category. Only insurance brokers – legal entities decided on the winners, and this year insurance brokers from other EU member states took the opportunity to vote, as well as Slovak insurance brokers and agents. Despite the fact that the number of valid voting bodies (28) is similar to that in previous years, we would like to point out that behind the individual votes of the companies, we must realise there are dozens or hundreds of employees – insurance brokers. The aim of the Survey was for the specialist public to compare in terms of quality the services of insurance companies as well as increase the public’s awareness of the activities of insurance brokers and their level of responsibility in the process of service provision.
